- Recording of Sessions: We may record all live virtual events, group coaching, and mentoring sessions according to our Privacy Policy. One-to-one sessions will only be recorded with your consent.

The information and opinions provided in our courses are based on our best judgment and knowledge. The coaching is for informational purposes only, and results are not guaranteed. Please use your judgment, especially when encouraged to step out of your comfort zone, and prioritize your safety in all activities.

- Order Acceptance: A contract is formed when we accept your order, confirmed by payment through Stripe or PayPal.
- If We Cannot Accept Your Order: We will notify you by email and will not charge for the service. Reasons might include resource limits or reaching capacity for group calls.
5. Our Proprietary Rights
- Ownership of Materials: We own or license the intellectual property rights in all course materials. You may not record, reproduce, or share these materials without permission.
- Commercial Use: You must not use any course material for commercial purposes without a license from us.
- Third-Party Platforms: Courses may be delivered via third-party platforms like Telegram or Google Meet. You must comply with the terms of those platforms.
6. Acceptable Use Policy
You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy when sharing messages or materials related to our courses or interacting with other users.
7. Refund Policy
